What is this course?

Qi Gong is a century-old practice of coordinated body postures, movements, breathing and meditation used for the purposes of physical, mental and spiritual health. Think slow-flowing movement, deep breathing and a calm meditative state of mind. This course covers Taiji, Qi Gong and Internal Martial Arts presented as a comprehensive online program, which guides you to exercise that will help you feel calmer, as well as develop a stronger body and immune system. You will have access to new video content and weekly one-to-one Skype sessions for questions and corrections. Go deeper into the ancient practice that enables you to strengthen your mind and body.
